We are seeking a Customer Adoption Expert to join our Customer success adoption and migration team at Swift. You will play a key role in enabling the mass adoption of Swift solutions by crafting and implementing effective onboarding approaches. Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer journeys, feedback, and data to identify obstacles to adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with diverse product teams, BD teams and other CX groups to recommend improvements and scalability solutions.
- Craft and formalize customer onboarding processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Develop playbooks and training materials for successful onboarding.
- Support Customer Success Managers in engagement activities.
- Act as a single point of contact for product adoption and usage matters.
- Deep business and technical knowledge of Swift products with shown work experience supporting customers throughout their adoption journey.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent process management and optimization abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, and influence others.
- Strong social skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- A willingness to challenge the status quo and prioritize customer experience.
- Familiarity with Swift gpi, Universal confirmation, Case management solutions and onboarding processes.
