Op dit moment ben ik opzoek naar een Interim HR Payroller voor een internationale corporate (business services).

Functieomschrijving

Je start als Salarisadministrateur binnen het team van Payroll binnen het Financial Shared Service Center. Als Salarisadministrateur ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig, efficiënt, volledig en correct uitvoeren van de processen. Je bent het payroll aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie en beantwoordt alle vragen van medewerkers over salaris gerelateerde zaken. Je verwerkt en controleert exceptionele wijzigingen in het salarissysteem (ook internationale vraagstukken) en houdt contact met het backoffice team in India betreffende reguliere mutaties (zoals mutaties voor in- en uitdienst treden van medewerkers). Je zoekt complexe vraagstukken uit tot in detail en legt dit vervolgens op een eenvoudige manier uit aan de medewerker.Een groot deel van de operationeel uitvoerende administratie wordt vanuit de offshore locaties in India en Polen uitgevoerd, onder aansturing van Nederlands Delivery Management en ondersteund door Subject Matter Experts. In het FSSC werk je in een professioneel en collegiaal team waar je veel kennis kan delen en opdoen.

  • Je bent het payroll aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie en beantwoordt alle vragen van medewerkers over salaris gerelateerde zaken.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert exceptionele wijzigingen in het salarissysteem
  • Je houdt contact met het backoffice team in India betreffende reguliere mutaties
  • Je zoekt complexe vraagstukken uit tot in detail en legt dit vervolgens op een eenvoudige manier uit aan de medewerker
  • Ervaring met SAP & Exact is een vereiste
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands, zowel in geschrift als spraak
