Senior Product Owner (Moving24)

About the role

As Senior Product Owner, you will develop innovative solutions to contribute to the mission of our Moving24 brand, "Lighten the load - moving is less complicated & more convenient"
To fulfil this goal, you will co-create yearly and quarterly strategies with our Head of Product and stakeholders, aligning them with broader organisational goals and customer needs. You will be responsible for developing the Moving24 product strategy to help moving companies and homeowners connect online through a seamless and transparent product experience.

We ask you to

• Lead one of our cross-functional teams to collaborate on key initiatives with the Product, Customer Success, Design, and IT teams to contribute to the performance of KPIs such as CSAT, Churn, CES and ARPU;
• Own and prioritise the product backlog and product roadmap for the product development team (developers and designer) based on data, customer insights and business impact to make decisions;
• Align the team in the use of our product experimentation framework, where early validation of customers desirability is key;
• Align stakeholders, from colleagues and c-level managers on the product initiatives being implemented;
  
• Set up product objectives - OKRs.

This is you

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in business or related fields is preferable;
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role, steering agile teams of software developers and designers to innovate and deliver impactful digital solutions;
• Extensive experience leading the whole SDLC from discovery to implementation and validation;
• You excel at stakeholder management, understanding their needs and constraints to find win-win solutions to complicated problems;
• Enthusiastic about uncovering new product opportunities and dedicated to enhancing UX design;
• Sociable, driven, and proactive, demonstrating adept decision-making skills in challenging and dynamic settings;
• Proficient in analytics with a commitment to a data-driven approach, embracing the philosophy of "fail fast, scale strong.";
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Experience/Knowledge of Shape-up and Design Thinking frameworks is a bonus!
• Salary expectation of 80k - 90k yearly gross.
