Omschrijving organisatie

We bieden met SILFO openbaar en algemeen bijzonder onderwijs, met onze scholen voor primair en voortgezet onderwijs. Daarbij richten we ons ook op het verzorgen van internationaal onderwijs.
In het onderwijs wordt aandacht geschonken aan persoonsvorming door kennis opdoen en leren, maar zeker ook door competenties te ontwikkelen en door dóen. De aandacht voor persoonlijke, sociale en culturele ontwikkeling kenmerkt ons onderwijs. Goed onderwijs en je thuis voelen is dus de basis van SILFO, waar je gestimuleerd wordt je talenten te ontdekken en te ontwikkelen.

Functieomschrijving

Wij nodigen u alleen uit te solliciteren als u voldoet aan het gevraagde functieprofiel. Andere sollicitaties zullen niet in behandeling worden genomen.

What can you expect from us?

• A full or part time appointment for the school year 2024-2025 (start August 2024, a later date can be negotiated), with the possibility to become permanent the following school year;
• Salary grading takes place in scale LB (min. € 3.301,- max € 5.030,-);

This is what we ask of you

• You have experience teaching IB Diploma Business Management course (or equivalent);
• You have a relevant degree, are eligible to work in the EU and you have a DUO recognized teaching qualification;
• Ability to use differentiation effectively in class to support a range of student abilities
• ;
• You are able to work in a team of Humanities staff from different humanities disciplines;
• You are committed to international-mindedness and the ISE Guiding Statements.

Every day you will provide an inspiring teaching and learning environment where students can grow, flourish and experience success in the subject Business Management. You will collaborate with colleagues and teams to support each student to develop their competencies in order to reach their full potential.
