At Fortrea, we are redefining clinical research with innovation and excellence. We are seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure high-quality site management and monitoring for groundbreaking clinical trials.

This role is for upcoming future opportunities that may arise at Fortrea.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage clinical study sites in compliance with ICH GCP, SOPs, and sponsor requirements.
• Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits, including pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out.
• Ensure regulatory and protocol adherence, safeguarding subject safety and data integrity.
• Perform source document verification (SDV), data review, and query resolution to ensure high-quality study data.
• Track and maintain site regulatory documents and investigational product (IP) inventory throughout the trial.
• Ensure sites are audit-ready and aligned with global quality control and performance metrics.
• Serve as a Lead CRA as assigned, mentoring and training new employees.
• Utilize e-clinical systems and trial management tools to track progress and ensure efficiency.
• Travel to study sites (up to 60% travel required).

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A university or college degree in a related field (life sciences, nursing, or allied health) OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and monitoring procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple study sites.
• Experience with SAE reporting and regulatory documentation.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
