And do you want to work with high-quality equipment and tools to carry out your work? Then the Field Service Representative - Cooling role is perfect for you!
You will contribute to Schneider Electrics growth in the field of maintenance of our APC and Uniflair cooling systems. With your problem-solving skills you will contribute to customer satisfaction and ensuring the business continuity of our customers.

After an induction period, you will independently perform work at our customers, but you will also regularly meet your colleagues on larger jobs or during toolboxes and meetings.
What will you do?

• Commissioning of new refrigeration installations at our customers;
• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on various types of cooling systems;
• Find a malfunction and then keep the peace yourself;
• Maintaining a correct F-gas registration with customers;
• Timely delivery and maintenance of reports and administration of the work carried out;
• Upgrading firmware and checking the proper operation of software for the chillers;
• Instructing customers for the proper use and maintenance of refrigeration installations;
• Advising our customers on the existing installations in the field of optimization and/or renewal;
• Willing to have a maximum of 1x per 4 to 6 weeks on standby service to help our customers outside office hours in case of calamities. Of course you get (extra) surcharges for this;
• Travel abroad occasionally for training

Qualifications: What qualifications will make you successful?

• A completed MBO 3 / MBO 4 diploma in the direction of refrigeration technology or WTB
• Relevant work experience in Field Service for refrigeration systems;
• Affinity with software and/or automation;
• Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills;
• In possession of a driving license B.
• You are able to work independently in an environment that is different every day;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
