Dutch-Speaking Receptionist in Utrecht

Vaatzorgkliniek (a part of Nordic Health Group) is a fast-growing group of clinics in the private healthcare sector, where our skilled specialised doctors are treating patients for venous insufficiency. We are now looking for a skilled part-time Receptionist to join a small team at our clinics in Utrecht 2-3 days per month.

As Receptionist your job will primarily consist of being the first contact for the incoming patients, registering the patients in our system, guiding the patients through the process, scheduling appointments, handling payments and generally being part of the daily work at the clinic.

We expect that the candidate is:

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Professional English level is also required for communication with the colleagues at the headquarters in Copenhagen.

• Willing to give the patients the best possible experience during the whole period they spend at the clinic.
• Thriving in a busy and changing clinic environment with a high number of daily patients.

Working hours/duration:

Hourly employment. Working hours are flexible and we can try to organise your schedule according to your availability.
