Your job

As a Finance Business Partner you will be part of our Finance team which contains 16 finance specialists. This department is segmented into 2 different teams; Finance Process Experts (FPE) and Business Finance. You will be part of our business team be responsible for a number Decathlon stores and their financial development.

In your role you will support the business in making the optimized decisions in short and medium term by providing user-friendly business information. You will create and animate long-term vision by driving a strategic plan per entity, were you wil develop a trusted relationship with the local Store Managers and Area Managers. You will be focussing on forecasting and make analyses regarding topics such as costs, turnover, stock and investment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, monitoring, forecasting financial data
• You will be a key person within the company and wil take an advisory role
• As Business Partner you will keep close contact with stakeholders and visit them monthly
• Attend to trainings/synergies at our HQ in Lille.

What we expect from you

• You have a passion for sports!
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within retail
• You are result-and solution-oriented, you do this with a proactive and stress-resistant attitude;
• You are persuasive and have excellent communication skills and good in internal/external stakeholder management
• Fluently in Dutch and English
• Analytical and tech savvy
