We are looking for our new Head of Corporate Real Estate & Services Netherlands. This position requires a proven knowledge of Facilities Management to organize and run local supplier contracts and handle day to day operational tasks. Reporting directly to the Head of CRES France & Benelux, the position involves the management of a small team.
The position is temporary for 12 months with the possibility of permanent employment upon agreement.

About the Role
- Management of CRES tasks and local CRES team for the Hoofddorp offices
- Safety & Security Officer for the Dutch offices (involves working closely with Group Security, local management teams and Business Continuity Managers)
- Supplier contracts and negotiations
- Point of contact for the landlords
- Regular maintenance to be performed in line with regulatory and group requirements
- Workplace management
- Contact One ticketing for Netherlands
- Elaboration of annual budget and cost planning for the Dutch entities
- Quarterly operational risk reporting
- Environmental Management for the Dutch offices
- Position requires the management of one (external) employee
About You
- Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Real Estate & Services / Facilities Management including management of a small team
- Proven knowledge of safety and security aspects in Netherlands
- Experience in building moves
- The candidate should be highly motivated, autonomous and a teammate
- Rapid availability
- Full proficiency in Dutch and English
- Agility and open minded
