You will join our Sales department based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in the position of:

Executive Sales Assistant - EMEA

About the Role:

The Executive Sales Assistant supports the Senior Directors of Sales in EMEA and the teams. In this role, you are supporting the coordination of sales and planning of meetings, events and ongoing projects. You support European HQ business teams and contribute to the daily operations and routines of the Amsterdam office.

What You Will Do:

• Assisting the Sales Directors Online, Retail & Distribution markets.
• Travel coordination, calendar planning and expense claim approvals.
• Preparation and coordination of sales meetings, meeting notes and follow up.
• Market Data analysis including competitive intelligence.
• Support and coordinate Amsterdam based and corporate Marketing activities.
• Support on European events.
• Administrative support to the sales team.
• Legal HVP (Harman Value Program) system, updating and maintenance.
• Support of promotional calendar.
• Office administration.
• Invoice approvals.

What You Need:

• At least 3 years’ experience at a global organization supporting senior executives and commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook .
• Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills, including experience creating and maintaining filing systems.
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in successfully creating and/or modifying processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Superior attention to detail.

What is Nice to Have:

• Sales Force and SAP knowledge are an asset.
• Dutch communication skills would be an advantage.

What Makes You Eligible:

• Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.
• This is a full-time role, based in Amsterdam.
