A ground worker helps with building and repairing roads, pipes, and cables. They work on construction sites and do the basic and important Banen that prepare the ground for bigger work. Main tasks and duties:

• Wrapping pipes with insulation
• Standing in the trench to guide the machine driver where to dig
• Using simple tools and small machines (like a compactor or small digger)
• Cleaning the work area and keeping it safe and tidy
• Working together with machine drivers and other workers

Job Requirements:

• Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
• English speaking
• Practical and motivated work attitude
• Able to work safely and accurately
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations (VCA certification often required)
• Driver’s license B is plus
• Team player
