Shape the fund's growth strategy together with the General Partners
Define investment strategy, including priority sectors, themes, and geographies
Drive growth investments end-to-end, from sourcing through diligence, IC, execution, and closing
Support portfolio companies on strategy, governance, and critical inflection points

Who we are looking for

Proven technology focused investment track record at growth stage and across Europe
Background in management consulting and/or bulge-bracket investment banking, followed by experience in growth equity or late-stage venture at a leading platform
Clear founder credibility and the ability to win competitive processes
High-ownership mindset; comfortable operating with responsibility, ambiguity, and high expectations
