The seat The founding team is formed: serial founders and senior people from top tech companies, and the machine works. Now we're adding fresh talent as we scale. This seat comes Eerste, and it carries co-founder on it. It's probably the Laatste one that will: after this, we transition to early-employee compensation. The zero-to-one risk is behind us; how Klickie feels, and how far that feeling travels, is still wide open. That part is yours.

What you'll own You see what this becomes, and you build it with your hands. You've built or run something people genuinely loved, and you can explain why it worked, with numbers when it matters. You think in years and act in days. Corporate process is not your language; making things people love is.
The deal This is a cofounder seat and it pays like one: founding equity, a real stake in what we're building, and a real say in how we build it. You build the function with your hands now and lead it as a department when we scale. The pace is high and so is the ceiling.
