Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and oversee order processing
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and communication with suppliers and our warehouse
• Maintain accurate customer data, handle invoicing, and perform after-sales follow-up

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a customer-focused role
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
