What are you going to do?

• Take charge of your assigned kitchen station.
• Prepare à la carte dishes with care and consistency, and maintain high quality standards.
• Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Assist in implementing new menu ideas and improving workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
• Help deliver an extraordinary culinary experience to every guest.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Good command of English or Dutch
• A diploma in Food Production (MBO level 3 or 4), or comparable experience and skills
• You live in or near Amsterdam, or can easily commute
• Youre creative, hands-on, well-organized, and a true team player
