As a Functional administrator, you work with your scrum team to maintain, support and optimize the services and services offered by Client. With a sharp and competent eye you monitor the continuity, reliability, quality and security of these services. You look ahead and provide what applications may need in the future. This way you keep our customers more than satisfied.
Together with your fellow functional administrators, you will pick up assignments within the ART Allocation & Reconciliation. By working together, we can maintain knowledge and reduce risk. When we share our expertise and experiences, we ensure that crucial information is not lost and that we are always prepared for unexpected challenges. In addition, collaboration helps to gain a broader perspective on problems and solutions, leading to better decision-making and higher quality of our services.
In addition to the work in your team, we believe it is important that you continue to share knowledge and gain from colleagues within Client. Thats why we work with Community of Practices where Functional administrators from all teams regularly come together to discuss new developments, share knowledge and constantly look at how things can be better within Client. This way we continue to improve!
You will work in team Everest which works together with three other teams on the application C-ARM (Central Allocation Reconciliation and Measurement Data). Team Everest takes care of Allocation and Reconciliation within the C-ARM and an additional application: Nexus, in which the distribution of wholesale gas messages is provided.
This is what you are going to do:
Monitor the continuity, reliability, quality and security of the systems by carrying out quality controls and maintenance.
Maintain contacts with the ICT provider about the performance of the services.
Coordinates the collection of measurement data related to the services, analyses the results, identify bottlenecks and make improvement proposals.
Is responsible for up to date user documentation
Supports users in the use of the Services. Provides/organizes training and instructions if necessary.
Handles the sensitive and/or complex malfunctions and questions of customers and provides solutions.
Creates schedules and prioritizes with the Product Owner
Discuss possible solutions with customers or colleagues or external experts
Inform the customer about the progress in a timely manner. Contributes to the development of reports commissioned by the customer
Inventories and analyses the information needs, makes proposals for adjusting the software and advises on prioritisation
Defines acceptance/functionality criteria
Strives the realization of projects within Management and implements the new version of applications in consultation with the users
Coordinates (acceptance) tests, creates test plans, carries out functional tests and provides support with user tests

No 9 to 5 mentality, plays in standby and weekends (expected once every 6 weeks 1 week and a number of weekends per year) (note! This is an estimate, in practice this can change situationally)
You are result-oriented, proactive, assertive and have persuasiveness and communication skills in word and writing
hbo/wo level of work and thinking in the field of computer science or similar
At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
Skilled in IT Service Management and Scrum and/or DevOps
Experience within the energy sector (specifically on the market facilitating processes) is an advantage
