HR Support Officer

What youll do
  • You will deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, executing HR processes such as onboarding, changes, offboarding, and other lifecycle events with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will utilize HR systems and tools to process transactions, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • You will act as a first point of contact for HR queries within your domain, solving routine and moderately complex issues using established guidelines and collaborating with the broader People team when needed.
  • You will continuously build knowledge of HR policies, processes, and tools, contributing to the improvement of operational workflows.
  • You will contribute to the implementation of new HR initiatives and process enhancements to improve the overall employee experience.
  • You will support internal stakeholders by providing accurate HR data and insights and maintain up-to-date documentation in line with company standards.
  • You will assist in the development and rollout of HR-related policies and projects across the team or region.
  • You will guide and support junior team members, including leading onboarding and knowledge-sharing when necessary.
What youll need
  • Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or shared services, with a strong focus on the employee lifecycle.
  • Solid working knowledge of HR policies and processes, along with HR tools/systems (Workday or similar preferred).
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements within the HR domain.
  • Basic understanding of purchasing and invoicing procedures as they relate to HR support.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively within a structured environment and under moderate supervision.
  • Collaborative mindset with good communication skills and a drive for operational excellence.
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written), knowledge of Dutch is a big plus.
