- You will handle assigned accounts and customers to achieve sales targets using a range of Sales tools.
- Prospecting and upselling/cross-selling to develop current business and acquire new business from our wide range of scientific products
- Prospect and develop relationships with new customers through outbound telephone calls to all levels and functional areas where purchasing decisions are made
- Follow-up quotations, enquiries and complaints promptly and proactively to maintain effective customer relationships, increase opportunities, and develop customer intimacy
- Actively support and implement specific sales campaigns and promotions
