IT Business Analyst

• Analyze the current application and document functional flows related to data loading, processing, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Customer Journey Experts and the development team to ensure clear and structured documentation.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.
• Support the development team in managing deliverables and achieving project milestones.
• Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation to support the squads activities.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in data query languages and data analysis tooling such as Excel.
• Ability to read Java code and understand processing logic with limited support.
• Excellent refinement skills, with the ability to translate user requirements into clear development tasks.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience working in international cross-border teams.
• Affinity with IT and technology.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Financial Markets and/or Treasury.
• Knowledge of financial market products.

Languages: Fluent English (Dutch is a plus). Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
