National Key Account Manager (KAM) - Trade Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships? Join Diversey as a National Key Account Manager (KAM) for Trade, where you will drive growth in key sectors such as Health Care, Shipping, Food Service, and BSC. In this role, you will advise trade partners on Diverseys professional cleaning systems and applications, helping them create value through tailored solutions. Your key focus will be customer satisfaction, account retention, market expansion, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts across your region, building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions, with a focus on Unilever Professional Brands.
- Collaborate with Diversey Institutional Key Account Managers to win new commercial accounts.
- Oversee commercial processes, including sales, delivery, technical service, and reporting.
- Drive profitability through effective rebate management and price increase implementation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on customer visits via CRM.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to further develop expertise in equipment and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with KPIs and financial metrics.
- Highly organized, able to plan and execute customer visits effectively.
- Excellent communicator, with a professional and hands-on approach.
- Team player, able to collaborate across departments to meet customer needs.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital solutions.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
