Temenos DataSource is a strategic solution within Temenos portfolio for the centralized management of Financial Instrument data. The product is developed by an international team based on SCRUM methodology located in Frankfurt, Großwallstadt, Bangalore and Chennai. The TDS Consultant seeks to maximize the value of a product by managing and optimizing the Product Backlog. The successful candidate needs to understand the functional and technical features of the application without being an expert in the details. The role is to collect and prioritize strategic product developments as defined by the Product Manager, customer requirements (e.g. CRs) and support issues (e.g. defects).

• You will be taking the responsibility to drive the content of product development of an international agile team with international customers (for example Switzerland, Luxembourg, Singapore, Australia, Middle East)
• You will lead and drive talks with customers regarding requirements for the application
• You will maximize the value of the product for customers by managing and optimizing the Product Backlog
• You will match requirements with existing functionality, formulate enhancement requests and communicate these to the development team
You will work closely with your development team to guide what should be achieved by making decisions and providing priorities

• You should have a degree of Computer Science or Information Systems
• You should have at least 5 years experience in Software development process and be able make decisions and prioritize topics
• You should have strong analytical and communication skills and enjoy explaining visions
• You should have proficiency in Oracle SQL, including advanced querying, database performance tuning, and schema management
• You should have experience with Linux, particularly in creating and managing shell scripts for automation and system tasks
• You should be familiar with basic Java concepts to understand and troubleshoot processes, though in-depth development expertise is not required (primary Java work handled externally)
• You should have Hands-on experience with data integration techniques, including:
  • CSV file imports and exports.
  • XML message handling: processing, creation, and interaction with middleware systems for smooth data exchange
• You should have strong understanding of banking processes and terminology to accurately interpret and implement business requests.
You should be aware of banking application workflows and interdependencies between technical components and business need
