About the Internship

This internship is designed for ambitious early-career talent looking to gain hands-on experience in venture capital. As a Visiting Analyst, youll be part of the core team, working closely on:

  • Deal sourcing

  • Market and company research

  • Investment evaluation

  • Exposure to early-stage tech founders across Europe

What to Expect
  • Month 1-2: Structured onboarding into VC and startups
  • Month 3-4: Apply your learnings in live deal flow
  • Month 5-6: Deeper involvement in investment work

What Youll Work On
  • Assist in sourcing and qualifying startup opportunities

  • Conduct market research and build investment theses

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking

  • Motivated, self-driven, and passionate about tech

  • Clear communicator with integrity

  • Comfortable with numbers and Excel

  • Able to work from our Amsterdam office

  • Take-home task (pre-selected candidates)

  • 30-min online interview (motivation + task discussion)

  • In-depth interview with 2 team members

  • Final chat with the team for cultural fit
