Welcome Officer Veghel

As a Welcome Officer you will be responsible for the accommodation of our flex employees. You ensure that everything at the housing locations is arranged. If there are issues at the location you try to fix them by yourself. Of course you dont have to do all this yourself. You can always count on the help of your colleagues in the Welcome Housing department and fellow Welcome Officers with whom you will work closely together.

What are you going to do?

• Check in and out of (new) flex employees
• First point of contact when people have housing related questions or problems
• Registration occupied and non-occupied beds
• Monitoring housing locations based on the SNF guidelines
• Making sure that everyone contributes to a clean environment in the rooms and common areas in line with the schedule and house rules

We are looking for someone who is:

• Enthusiastic to live and work in Veghel and surrounding
• Capable of solving matters independently
• Convincing, responisble and has great organizational skills
• Good in English in word and writing. Other languages are also very welcome
• In possession of a driving license B
• Willing to work full-time (40 hours) with flexibility within these working hours

What to expect:

• Salary appropriate to your experience, indication from €2.300,- gross per month based on 40 hours a week
• A monthly inconvenience tax of 10% of the gross salary to compansate for your flexibility
• 26 leave days to enjoy your time off
• You will receive a company lease car that you can use for both business and private
• You will get a laptop and a mobile phone
• You will live in an HOBIJ location in Uden
• It is possible to organize statutory health insurance via HOBIJ
