Your role in the story:

At Heerema Marine Contractors, each day brings new challenges in the ever-evolving offshore environment. As our Training Coordinator, you will navigate this dynamic landscape with precision and agility. Your ability to adapt swiftly and anticipate the unexpected will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to carefully plan and coordinate a diverse range of mandatory and elective training courses for our on- and offshore teams. From scheduling sessions to arranging accommodations, youll be the linchpin in our commitment to compliance and excellence. Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments, youll ensure that training initiatives align seamlessly with operational needs.

What you will be working on:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support and guidance to both onshore and offshore personnel, ensuring adherence to Offshore/STCW/GWO regulations.
• Crafting detailed training schedules tailored to vessel schedules and group dynamics.
• Managing travel logistics, from flights to accommodations, with precision and efficiency.
• Upholding data accuracy in HR and crewing systems, generating insightful reports, and proactively addressing any discrepancies.
• Listing and tracking training initiatives in our learning management system, ensuring comprehensive documentation and compliance.

Is this the job for you?

Key ingredients for success:

• Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the Maritime/Offshore industry.
• Knowledge or a keen interest in Maritime/Offshore training requirements and regulations.
• Familiarity with SAP HR and SAP LMS is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
