Your day to day

You will be responsible to lead a team of young and enthusiastic people by dividing the tasks on the restaurant floor, communicating with the kitchen, coaching and leading by example. Your mission is to help creating unforgettable experiences for both our hotel guests and the local community.

Who are you

• You have experience with working in a restaurant and you want to grow to be a restaurant manager in the future
• You are able to multi-task
• You have a hands-on approach and you believe in leading by example
• You are proactive and have a creative mindset
• You are not afraid to take the responsibility
• You have good communication and problem-solving skills
• You are fluent in speaking and understanding in English; Dutch and any other language is a plus
• You have the confidence to become ‘the ambassador’ of Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South and De Japanner Zuid
