Field Service Engineer, Data Center Operations

Introduction to the job

As the Manager for Change & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team and various project teams. Your role will involve influencing decisions, managing a diverse array of stakeholders, and leading or assisting in the creation and implementation of top-notch change & communications strategies, campaign plans, and innovative content. Your work will aim to captivate and motivate individuals to reflect on their actions. This role reports to the Head of Inclusion & Diversity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to formulate, assess, and implement change and communications strategies, partnering with stakeholders such as the Inclusion & Diversity Center of Expertise, Employee Networks, Global Inclusion and Diversity Council, and Subject Matter Experts.

• Partner with business communications managers and the broader Brand & Communications team to create and implement change communications strategies.

• Plan and execute innovative, engaging communications in accordance with agreed strategies for assigned programs, including regional communications strategies. This includes written communications and collateral material.

• Ensure the satisfaction of internal project stakeholders through effective client management, prompt delivery of work, and regular reporting.

• Oversee the creation and implementation of high-quality written content for internal and external use, in support of agreed initiatives.

• Understand the business challenges and opportunities associated with each change program, and convert these into impactful communications solutions.

• Plan and execute innovative, engaging campaigns in line with agreed strategies for assigned programs, as well as overarching regional communications strategies.

• Create and facilitate the effective implementation of comprehensive stakeholder engagement maps and plans.

• Drive the 2024 roadmap initiatives, including the inclusion communication campaign, Ignite Inclusion training, Inclusive Leadership Development, Women’s Development Programs, Executive sponsorship, HR and Ethics Team Training, People Process Evaluation, Pay Gap Analysis, Data-Driven Insights, Coaching Circles, Reverse Mentoring, Employee Networks, and Employee Relations Team and Ethics improvements.

Education and experience

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a degree in strategic communications, public relations, internal communication, or journalism.

• Has 7-10 years of experience in change and/or internal communications roles (in-house or agency).

• Has a proven track record in developing and executing change communications strategies and campaign plans.

• Demonstrates an understanding and successful application of change management and/or communication theory.

• Possesses excellent writing and editing skills.

• Is resilient and capable of handling ambiguity.

• Has strong interpersonal skills.

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop/Illustrator, or other design programs.

• Has experience in driving large-scale initiatives and meeting project milestones
