Finance & HR Services (FHS) at DHL Group - that’s us! We deliver shared services in Finance and HR for our divisions within the group.
Our Finance Operations team supports our group in all financial activities, e.g. regarding accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and corporate treasury. These include asset accounting, intercompany alignment, active collecting, customs invoicing, profit and loss accounting and payment factory for DHL.
Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing and other services.
Job Purpose: The HR Administration/Shared Services Specialist will develop and administer HR services, products, and systems to meet business needs and HR Shared Services plans. The role involves delivering top-quality HR services within set timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assigned HR Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines.
- Identify and rectify patterns of errors/ repetitive issues in HR service delivery; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Support team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR services.
- Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR services as per set standards and guidelines.
- Gather inputs and feedback from HR partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and HR certification.
- More than 2 years of experience in HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER / IR, etc.
- Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships.
- Basic business understanding.
- Experience in leading small-sized teams.
