As our Digital Growth Manager, you will own a portfolio of clients and help shape how they grow across digital disciplines. The role is about connecting business goals, media planning, and day-to-day collaboration so clients get clear direction, stronger performance, and recommendations they can act on.

We are looking for someone who is already comfortable in client-facing environments and ready to take more ownership. You are the kind of person that thrives in a fast-paced and ever changing environment, who stays hungry and curious to learn and improve.

While we do not believe in rigid checklists, we’d like you to bring the following to the team:

  • Industry & client experience: 3-4 years of experience in an agency, digital marketing consulting, eCommerce, or retail role with direct client responsibility.
  • Cross-channel expertise: Strong understanding of how Social, Search, Programmatic, SEO, GEO, and Email work together to drive growth.
  • Strategic & budget planning: Experience building cross-channel digital or media strategies and turning them into clear plans and budget direction.
  • Stakeholder communication: Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to senior marketing stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Commercial account management: A track record of building trust with clients and managing commercial relationships in a structured way.
  • Proactive ownership & collaboration: A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while involving the right colleagues at the right time.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Tech & AI innovation: Curiosity about new technology and how AI can strengthen decision-making, quality, and efficiency in client work.
