• Manage, coach, and develop your team.• Be the Eerste point of contact for our clients in the region and build lasting relationships.• Oversee the recruitment, development, and optimization of a pool of temporary workers to meet client demands effectively.• Be accountable for achieving regional KPIs, including metrics such as the number of active workers, hours worked, attrition rates, and absenteeism.• Operate and make decisions effectively on both operational and tactical levels to drive regional success and meet strategic objectives.

• Stress-resistant, flexible, and accustomed to working in a hectic environment
• Able to prioritize and create structure

• Expertise in the field; leadership experience in the staffing industry is preferred
• HBO-level education or equivalent work experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
