We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Professional to lead and complete the year-end audit process for a fast-growing, services company. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical accounting skills, audit readiness experience, and the ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.

• Own and manage the audit process end-to-end, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Support the CFO and GFC with group consolidation of the annual accounts.
• Prepare and review audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Identify and resolve audit queries efficiently.
• Support the finance team in finalising year-end accounts and disclosures.
• Provide insight and recommendations to improve audit and reporting processes.

• Qualified accountant or Big4 trained.
• Proven experience in audit preparation and delivery, ideally in a group environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and audit requirements.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Available immediately or at short notice.
