Your work
As a Recruiter at IQIP, you are responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within an international and highly technical environment. You focus on attracting, assessing, and hiring highly skilled professionals, from engineers to specialists. In manufacturing, engineering, and office Functies.
You understand the complexity of technical projects and know what kind of talent is required to design, manufacture, and operate advanced installation and foundation equipment. At some point, you may even realize you are developing a passion for very large hammers and lifting tools.
In this global role, you work closely with hiring managers and leadership across multiple regions. You act both operationally and strategically: filling current vacancies while proactively building strong talent pipelines for future growth. Discussing new EVP proFuncties and getting IQIP know across the industry.
