From your remote base in the Nederland or homeland Duitsland, you’ll play a key role in driving new business, securing strategic accounts, and contributing to the growth of a global leader in smart Home and IoT solutions. What You Will Do

As our International Business Development Manager, you will be the sales hunter driving our growth in Eerste focus markets Duitsland and/or Frankrijk, with a strong focus on the telecom, smart Home, and service provider markets.

Your mission: to bring our fire safety products (such as smoke detectors and smart sensors) into the portfolios of leading brands, telecom operators, and service companies — often under their own private label (OEM/ODM).


Your key responsibilities:

  • Conquer new markets: Research trends, analyze competitors, and identify business opportunities across the telecom, energy, and smart Home sectors.
  • Build strategic partnerships: Engage leading brands and providers, showcasing how our intelligent fire safety solutions add value to their offerings.
  • Drive deals end-to-end: Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with European and Chinese teams to align sales, product development, and marketing strategies.
  • Accelerate growth: Build long-term relationships that strengthen our presence and reputation across Europe.


What you bring


We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who, together with our Sales Office in the Nederland, will be responsible for building and expanding our market presence in Europe. You are;

  • A true hunter with proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within telecom, hvac, smart Home, or IoT consumer electronics.
  • Commercially sharp with technical understanding.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven — you know how to open doors and close deals.
