Performance Marketing Manager (Hybrid, Amsterdam)

Sitly is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager. Candidates must be located in the Nederland and work 2 days per week in-office.

About the Functie

Sitly is on a mission to make childcare accessible and convenient for families everywhere. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and operate our paid acquisition machine, driving performance across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You will use an AI‑native mindset to experiment, analyze budgets, and execute.

This role is hands‑on with autonomy to shape digital strategy alongside content, design, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own campaign budgets across markets to meet monthly spend and CPA/ROAS goals.
  • Manage, analyze, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Use AI tools to automate reporting, accelerate creative iteration, develop dashboards and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Coordinator to test and iterate social ad creatives.
  • Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Analyze performance via Google Analytics and internal dashboards, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Stay informed on industry, platform trends, competitor movements, and algorithm changes to spot growth opportunities.
About you

Must‑haves:

  • 2+ years managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Deep hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage performance marketing budgets at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards.
  • Experience developing hypotheses and running structured A/B tests.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and performance‑focused.
  • Demonstrated recurring use of AI tools that changed your workflow.

Nice‑to‑haves:

  • Experience in marketplace or B2C growth environments.
  • Background working across multiple international markets.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, or German.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or other emerging platforms.
  • Experience with Supermetrics, Looker Studio, or internal BI dashboards.
  • Experience with app campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads).
