You ensure strong alignment with local regulatory requirements and global group policies, while actively championing a culture of accountability, safety, and resilience across the Restaurant Support Centre and retail operations in the Nederland and Duitsland. You play a key role in strengthening operational excellence. Profile * 6-10 years’ experience in risk & compliance, or internal audit, fluent in Dutch and English * able to translate risk & compliance issues into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership, regulators as well as restaurant managers * able to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally at both operational and strategic levels, combining an innovative mindset with strong communication and influencing skillsProFunctie * broad risk & compliance role focused on driving structure and continued professionalization within an entrepreneurial organization * reporting to the Group Head of Risk & Insurance in Australië * working closely with headquarters, colleagues at the Restaurant Support Centre, and restaurant management in the Nederland and Duitsland, periodic visits to restaurants
