EMEA Social Media Operations Coordinator

What to Expect The EMEA Social Media Coordinator is responsible for curating and publishing consistent, engaging content across Teslas social media channels. Youll work closely with the Global Design Studio and EMEA External Communications creative teams to develop and test creative assets for social. Our team is responsible for supporting and enabling markets across EMEA. Youll be responsible for driving the ‘always on strategy for the EMEA region and supporting markets with geo-targeted posts where relevant. What Youll Do

• Curate and publish content for Teslas social media channels, focusing on LinkedIn
• Develop and refine the strategy for LinkedIn, support on the content strategy for X, YouTube, and Instagram
• Monitor activity on social channels to ensure our content lands and is aligned with overarching company goals
• Support existing campaigns and assisting in the development and implementation of new initiatives to reach new demographics and drive conversion
• Report on content performance and share best practice examples of high performing content
• Sourcing user-generated content (UGC) across social media platforms for official Tesla channels to repost
• Developing new initiatives to engage and partner with the Tesla owner community, amplifying owner voices to generate new leads

What Youll Bring

• 2-4 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably working for innovative brands with mass market appeal. Experience in product or automotive communications is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with creative teams preferrable.
• Exceptional written English (copywriting or editing experience preferred)
• Understanding of market needs and localisation requirements
• Excellent organisational skills
• Solution oriented, proactive and creative thinker
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced changes and dynamic work environment
