• Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel (Badhoevedorp)

We look forward to meet you but first we will tell you a bit more about the job.What does the job involve?As our Front Office Supervisor you are the face of the hotel and you provide a warm welcome and manage the Front Office Hosts. The supervisor manages the Hosts and interns. In this position you are also responsible for checking in and out of guests and provide service during the entire stay. This includes providing tourist information, handling all questions and complaints from guests, taking and passing on messages, but also activities such as operating the telephone exchange and maintaining administration. You also take care of sales activities and ensure the presentation of the working environment. You actively contribute to improvement proposals within the Front Office Team. You are also responsible for registration, invoicing and administration.AcquisitionAcquisition in response to this vacancy is not appreciated.With this vacancy we recruit our new colleagues ourselves. • Flexible, even in the evenings and weekends.
• Relevant work experience.
• You are enthusiastic and enjoy organizing events.
• Creative in coming up with solutions and you like to provide structure.
• Good at processing numbers.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Good in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience with opera is an advantage
