Job Description
Prodalim is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Microbiological and Chemical Analyst to join our team in the chemical and microbiological laboratory at our production facility, specializing in raw materials for the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
Responsibilities- Perform microbiological analysis as per methods set in the beverage industry.
- Take full ownership of performing tests, interpreting results, and maintaining accurate records.
- Follow exact procedures and responsible for ensuring the conformity of the results and reporting.
- Mentor and guide Quality Department interns in carrying out various analyses.
- Perform a wide range of chemical tests commonly used in the juice and beverage industry.
- Education -Minimum Bachelors level in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience - At least 2 years of hands-on experience in microbiological and chemical laboratory work within the beverage industry (experience with juices or compound-based products is highly preferred).
- Organized, hands-on and proactive.
- Good reporting, analytical and communication skills.
- High level of English Proficiency (written and spoken).
