The Action:

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be in charge of keeping our clients at the forefront of social media by running and analyzing innovative campaigns on a broad variety of (social) platforms. This includes crafting media plans, setting up campaigns on TikTok, Meta Platforms, Roblox, and all other relevant platforms for our clients. You have a deep understanding of the online ecosystem and you will use this to develop campaigns for our clients.

As a Paid Media Specialist:

• You understand the importance of social media and how content is impacting the performance of digital campaigns.
• You will think along with client briefings on how to use media and media budgets to reach campaign and account goals, and you are the go-to person on this subject.
• You will create, manage, and optimize campaigns for the various ad manager platforms and work alongside the creative and content teams in creating best-in-class campaigns. You are not afraid to voice your opinion to share your knowledge and get the best out of every asset.
• You are in charge of analyzing and delivering on KPIs and will be the go-to person for reporting for both paid and organic campaigns.
• You will be able to work fast, manage multiple priorities, demonstrate strong judgment and attention to detail, take ownership, and be a team player with the ability to work with multiple colleagues.

Requirements:

• Has 2-3 years of experience as a Paid Manager or in a similar role at an agency or brand.
• Is extremely aware of the trends and developments in the online (advertising) ecosystem.
• Is capable of innovating in a thought market.
• Is a strong communicator and knows how to navigate multiple teams.
• Is proactive and knows how to share its opinion on subjects that matter for your role.
• Excited to deep dive into numbers and knows how to translate the results for reports and optimization purposes.
• Is a social media geek and is on top of everything concerning TikTok, Meta, and Roblox.
