Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Mikrum BV. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network within the Dutch market and a deep understanding of its dynamics. This role is crucial for establishing our presence in the Netherlands, building trust with clients, and developing successful business ventures from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dutch market.
  • Utilize your network to create business connections and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and solution demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
  • Use insights to refine sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services provided.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of client accounts from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and service/solution development teams.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address service/solution issues and improvements.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role in the software solutions industry.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive IT services knowledge and ability to explain complex solutions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and a team player.
  • Network: An established network within the Dutch market is highly desirable.
