Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling kitchens, construction, and renovation services, with experience in creating kitchen drawings. The role involves both inside and outside sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and acquire new leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Assist clients in selecting kitchen designs and renovation services tailored to their needs.
- Create kitchen drawings and provide accurate quotes for clients.
- Conduct in-person sales meetings at the office and attend site visits if required.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in kitchens, construction, or renovation.
- Proficiency in English & Dutch (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of kitchen design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2020 Design, or similar).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
