SAP IT domain expert

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SAP IT Domain Expert with specialized knowledge in SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Fieldglass, and be able to provide high-level consultancy and technical expertise in managing time and attendance systems, as well as optimizing the onboarding processes. This role requires a deep understanding of niche technologies and the ability to configure and integrate these solutions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Configuration and Integration:

  • Configure onboarding workflows to streamline the process of integrating new hires into the organization.
  • Manage the documentation related to new hires and ensure seamless integration with SAP ERP, Recruiting, and Employee Central.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve the onboarding experience and ensure it aligns with organizational goals and best practices.

• SuccessFactors Time Tracking Configuration:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize the SuccessFactors Time Tracking module based on specific business requirements.
  • Configure attendance accounts, absence tracking, overtime, and flex leave, ensuring automated approval processes and adherence to business rules.
  • Identify and address any gaps in the out-of-the-box SuccessFactors solution, providing custom configurations as necessary.
  • Oversee time management linked to activities, manage the employee location tracking during working hours, and handle leave exchanges between official holidays and working days.
  • Support flexible working arrangements like part-time swaps, half-day absences, and integration with costing activities.

• SaaS Consultancy (SuccessFactors & Fieldglass):

  • Provide expert consultancy on SuccessFactors and Fieldglass implementation and optimization.
  • Leverage specialized knowledge in SAP products to advise and support the configuration and management of SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Onboarding.
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure SaaS solutions are implemented according to industry best practices and tailored to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP IT Domain Expert with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Onboarding modules.
• Deep technical expertise in SuccessFactors (v2.0 and beyond), SAP ERP, Fieldglass, Employee Central, and Recruiting integration.
• Extensive knowledge of time and attendance management, including absence tracking, overtime, flex leave, and cost activity integration.
• Experience in SaaS solutions consultancy, including gathering requirements, configuration, and refinement of system functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of customizing solutions to meet business-specific needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or related SAP products.
• Knowledge of Fieldglass for contingent workforce management.
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
