JOB DESCRIPTION Youre a strategic thinker and relationship builder who thrives on turning vision into action. As Director, Strategic Accounts International, youll work closely with senior leadership to shape our international account strategy and translate it into clear, actionable plans for your team. Youll take ownership of building high-impact partnerships with executive clients—creating long-term value by aligning our services to their evolving needs. With the support of cross-functional experts in marketing, analytics, and operations, youll lead an integrated account approach focused on growth, performance, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead international strategic account growth across multiple verticals.
  • Develop and execute long-term account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Engage with C-level clients and build strong executive relationships.
  • Oversee and guide a team of Strategic Account Managers across Europe.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and service integration.
  • Drive revenue growth through both new business development and account expansion.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Monitor account health, market trends, and pipeline performance.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

Youre a collaborative leader with a global mindset and a strong track record of building successful strategic partnerships. You combine commercial savvy with a people-first approach, and you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments where long-term relationships drive sustainable business outcomes.

  • Proven experience in managing large international or strategic accounts.
  • Strong leadership experience across multi-disciplinary or matrixed teams.
  • C-level stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent commercial and strategic planning abilities.
  • Supply chain understanding and experience; comparative pricing analyses; finance; modeling of value-added systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Masters degree preferred.
