As a Supervisor you will manage the Team Leader(s) of your department for which you are responsible. It is your job to achieve all department objectives. You do this, among other things, by focusing on productivity, customer satisfaction, analyzing department results and making improvement proposals based on customer satisfaction research.

• You enable the employees within your team to perform their tasks properly and efficiently;
• You coach and motivate the Team Leaders and employees;
• You are responsible for training new employees;
• You ensure that all warehouse processes run as efficiently as possible;

You will report to the Warehouse Manager.

• You have an MBO+/HBO diploma, preferably in Logistics;
• You have recent work experience in a similar position;
• You have good knowledge of the warehouse management system (preferably PKMS);
• You have good communication skills and a positive attitude;
• You have strong leadership skills and are able to motivate a team;
• You are decisive and have problem-solving skills;
• You have analysis skills;
• You have excellent knowledge and command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• You have knowledge of 5S and Lean Six Sigma;
• You are flexible and resistant to stress and can work overtime in (and if necessary outside) the season;
