What You Can Expect :

Are you ready for the next step within Rhenus? As a Warehouse Coordinator in our Medical Department, you will play a key role in the logistics process. You ensure an efficient operation, maintain quality standards, and work closely with your team to provide the best service to our medical customer.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and distribute daily tasks within the warehouse.

  • Ensure quality, safety, and process optimization.

  • Act as the main point of contact for the team and provide support where needed.

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

As Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the Team Lead while actively participating in daily operations. You will be responsible for managing the team functionally and, in consultation with the Team Leads, determining the daily capacity distribution. You will oversee compliance with work instructions and procedures and provide input to the Team Leader regarding planning, progress, and evaluations. Additionally, you will lead by example and actively participate in warehouse operations.

What We Expect From You

  • MBO (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking.

  • At least 6 months of proven experience in a leadership role within logistics.

  • Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

  • Stress-resistant with strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
