Rate: USD 8.00 per hour | Approx. USD 1,360 per month

**Will be paid in the selected candidate’s local currency.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Sydney time with one hour unpaid lunch break in between

Client Timezone: Australia (Remote/On-site depending on business needs)

Role Overview

The AI Specialist will be responsible for developing and integrating AI solutions that streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure seamless system performance. This role requires a strong technical background in artificial intelligence, system integration, and performance optimization, along with the ability to translate business needs into intelligent, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Workflow & Design Implementation
• Develop and implement AI workflows tailored to automotive and farm operations.
• Design machine learning models and AI-driven processes to support decision-making and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas where AI can provide the most impact.
• System Integration
• Integrate AI solutions into existing digital and operational systems.
• Ensure smooth communication and interoperability between AI tools, data sources, and business platforms.
• Work closely with IT and engineering teams to align integration with business objectives.
• Performance Optimization
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize AI systems for maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure AI models remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI workflows.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, and data processing techniques.
• Expertise in system integration and API connectivity.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the automotive, agriculture, or logistics sectors.
• Knowledge of IoT, predictive maintenance, or automation technologies.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
