The Role

Manage the education and development of store‑based Managers and Artists through physical and virtual training, while ensuring the Learning Management System is accurately managed and fulfills potential. Working with the Field Sales Manager, you will set a clearly defined people plan and strategy for your area, adapt the education approach to commercial business needs, and represent the brand ethos to customers.

Role Accountabilities

• Lead the delivery of all defined training materials, including Charlotte Tilbury ‘Magic Experience’ service model and intermediate artistry development.
• Facilitate full curriculum—including induction, social, and developmental training—and support operational business management and area education strategy.
• Deliver new launch NPD and skincare training and manage the Learning Management System.
• Monitor KPIs to measure training impact, provide feedback to Field Sales Managers, and adapt training based on their input and Education & Pro Manager guidance.
• Define a training and development plan to achieve retail expectations, including accelerating high‑potential individuals, managing under‑performance, gathering engagement feedback, ensuring LMS completeness, optimising social advocacy, and planning succession.
• Deliver the agreed training plan within timeframes, using effective store visits, virtual and physical training sessions, and cross‑functional collaboration.

About You

• Experience in the beauty industry.
• Proven coaching experience with high performance; clear, consistent, motivational communication and excellent presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build capability to drive growth.
• Ability to identify training needs, design learning outcomes, and deliver content and coaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player with a positive approach.
• Independent, proactive, enjoys working at pace.
• Willingness to travel within Ireland and, if required, globally.
