We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to members of our C-suite / Executive Leadership Team. This is a highly confidential, mission-critical Functie requiring someone with a proven track record of supporting top-tier corporate leaders at a high level of competence and discretion.

This role enables focused decision-making and strategic vision across the executive suite by managing all aspects of C-level administration with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support exclusively to designated C-level executives
• Manage complex, high-priority C-suite calendars, balancing competing executive demands and maintaining strict confidentiality
• Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic executive briefings across multiple business functions
• Handle sensitive correspondence, manage incoming communications, and filter information strategically to optimize executive workflow
• Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, strategic presentation materials, and detailed executive minutes
• Manage all aspects of business travel arrangements, including complex international logistics tailored to corporate schedules
• Process and reconcile executive expenses with meticulous attention to detail and alignment with corporate policy
• Maintain confidential databases, strategic project information, and sensitive C-suite documentation
• Liaise with board members, investors, government officials, and other high-level external stakeholders
• Exercise independent judgment on urgent matters and represent the executive team with absolute discretion and professionalism

• Minimum 20 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Management Assistant
• Demonstrated experience directly supporting C-suite executives and senior leadership
• Exceptional expertise in complex multi-executive calendar management and strategic scheduling
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and manage competing priorities across the executive suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality with Top Secret equivalent capability
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, presentation software, and modern business tools
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as required for executive support.
