Working closely with Marketing, Product creation, and Business leaders, the Art Director defines the creative, strategic, and seasonal direction for campaigns and content. - Brand Guardianship: Act as brand guardian, ensuring visual aesthetic and tone of voice are consistent and aligned with the brand strategy (includes music and spoken voice too). Be the point of escalation for campaign and brand creative topics, in partnership with the Creative Brand Director.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative outputs with strategic and commercial goals. Mentor juniors and inspire the wider creative team to deliver outstanding work and push creative boundaries, including external collaborators we work with too.
