Position Summary:
As the Administrative and Logistics Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring seamless coordination for various operational aspects. Your primary responsibilities include arranging venues and logistics for meetings, developing and implementing efficient processes, and providing crucial support for internal and external Professional Education courses.

What will you be doing:
  • Arrange venues and logistics for meetings between all of the individuals who will be contributing to a task.
  • Develop and implement new processes to add efficiencies
  • Coordinate & support internal/ external Professional Education courses (hotel bookings, catering, transfer from hotel to training venue)
  • Organize travel and accommodation for proctors, faculty, and course attendees in collaboration with AtriCure´s travel agency partner.
  • Providing certificate of attendance and post Info material to course attendees
  • Support Infusionsoft, AF Connect, JotForms
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks
A little about yourself
  • Fluent in English and Dutch language
  • Based in Netherlands (should be able to travel to the office when required)
  • Bachelor’s degree required in communication, advertising, marketing, or related field or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience or related industry experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to interact with physicians in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Must be creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive, organized, flexible, and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to travel for on-site course execution.
