Account Manager / Sales (m/f/d)
Join our dynamic team at Viessmann Refrigeration Systems Benelux in Amersfoort as an experienced Account Manager (m/f/d), where you will spearhead the development and management of our cold room business. Your impact
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for
- Strategically plan, design, develop, and execute diverse sales initiatives to meet customers needs and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to agreed-upon sales and marketing budgets, volume, sales targets, and time frames.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (finance, marketing, legal, and customer support) to fulfill all customer obligations effectively.
- Negotiate with customers to establish favorable contract terms and conditions.
- Supervise installation sites and assume project leadership, providing expert consultation to customers and third-party contractors.
Who you are
You are known for being a great team player, dedicated to great customer service with attention to detail, which makes you an outstanding Account Manager (m/f/d). You have strong analytical skills, combined with a proactive, entrepreneurial and service minded attitude. You are able to see the "big picture" combined with the drive to be "hands on", which supports your ability to collaborate within the local team and also across-borders. In order to ensure that you are successful in this role, you also have:
- Bachelors degree in business/engineering or equivalent
- Refrigeration or engineering equipment sales experience as well as technician team management experience
- Knowledge of refrigeration business and food retail sector background as an advantage
- Fluent in spoken/written Dutch, good in spoken/written English/German
- Principles of equipment installation and work organization knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- AutoCAD program knowledge
